Starch separators

It prevents and treats the problems created by the production of starch waste in food processing establishments.
Mounted directly on the existing drainage system, the unit removes the starch residue by retaining it and preventing it from going into the drainage system, clogging and blocking the sewage system pipes.

Larger starch separators can be equipped with a biodegradation system with the introduction of biological liquid. To reinforce the biological actions, the tank can be equipped with an aeration system ensuring the action of aerobic bacteria, bacteria that break down the starch.
It is equipped with an electronic valve to supply water to the sprayer to reduce the starch foam on the surface of the separator. This valve is connected to the machine's connection system so they can work together.
