Oil (hydrocarbon) separators:

The device is manufactured to contain hydrocarbons and serve as a separator in small workshops or garages.

It is used for washing floors in small workshops and for removing oil and small grains of waste to the separators.

The separators are designed to retain the oil and sands in the chamber, allowing regular removal and ensuring that there is no contamination of the flora and the sewage system.

separadores de hidrocarbonetos, aluline
Made from A1S1304 stainless steel with a Durbar aluminium cover for pedestrian crossings, the cover is fixed with stainless steel threaded screws. Heavier covers can be manufactured in galvanised steel on request.
The connections are 110 millimetres to suit the PVC pipe. It is equipped to use a 50 millimetre ventilation outlet when necessary. The lid is hermetically sealed to prevent spillages.

How it works:
The hydrocarbons enter the separator with water which coagulates and agglutinates, transporting the hydrocarbon globules through the flotation to the surface. The sands, grains and sludge settle to the bottom of the separator.
Most of the suspended solids go to the bottom of the separator as they absorb the water and become heavier. A final compartment at the outlet allows only clean water to escape to the wastewater collectors.

As a manufacturer, Aluline can make hydrocarbon separators to meet all customer needs. Talk to us to find the best solution for your situation.
